Order and Shipping Policy

Orders must be placed by 12pm EST Monday-Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.

All our orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories take 6-8 days. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico we offer USPS (Priority), 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services.


*All orders of $35 or more are shipped FREE via UPS Ground.


Currently, we do not deliver to PO, APO, FPO, and DPO Boxes.


Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S..


Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend using Ground Shipping method. These items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico


All orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 3 Day shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day Shipping: orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day. Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays (UPS orders only):

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas

For packages shipping to Hawaii & Alaska, there are additional holidays in which packages do not ship from our distribution center including: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Columbus Day, and Veteran’s Day.


When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
